A suspicious death in the quiet community of Piat, Gros Islet has left Saint Lucians speculating as to the cause of death.
Reports indicate that British national, Bob Hathaway was found unresponsive, while lying in a pool of blood in his dwellings earlier today (Sunday 13th January).
According to his Facebook profile, Hathaway was the Managing Director/Consultant at Marigot Sunshine Ltd.
An outpour of shock and frustration flooded the profile posts of his colleagues on social media. The Royal St. Lucia Police Force have officially opened investigations and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
Efforts to confirm if the death of the long time Saint Lucian resident could be the islandās first homicide proved futile but an update was promised as it becomes available.
