DIGICEL, in keeping with its mandate of employee development and growth has announced the promotion of Holly Hughes-McNamara to Regional CEO for St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada, and Siobhan James-Alexander to the position of Digicel St. Lucia Country Manager.
With over seven years’ experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, James-Alexander moves into the position of Digicel St. Lucia Country Manager from her current role as Operations Manager in which she has responsibility for Customer Care, Customer Experience, Product Developments and Project Management.
Holly Hughes-McNamara said: “I am looking forward to taking up my new role as Regional CEO for St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada. Digicel continues to evolve as a full telecommunications and entertainment provider and so with this new role, I will continue to do my best to serve our customers across the region. I would also like to take this opportunity to wish Siobhan all the very best in her new role.”
Commenting on her new role, incoming Digicel St. Lucia Country Manager, Siobhan James-Alexander said: “I am thrilled to be leading the team as we continue to transform the telecommunications landscape in St. Lucia. I look forward to building on the excellent work that has been done thus far and take the business to new levels of growth and productivity by offering innovative products and services to our much valued customers who are at the heart of everything we do.”

The new structure is effective tomorrow.
