THE EDITOR: In the throes of government’s honour list of awards for 2018, a new dimension has been introduced and that is to recognize individuals who have been less fortunate.
Heading the list of that group has been a former Minister of Government who regretfully had his diplomatic and personal visas withdrawn by US authorities.
This individual today has to be recognized for DISSERVICE TO ST. LUCIA in the field of politics and the importation of vehicles at knock-down prices.
This gesture permits such individuals to revisit their past and join awardees on the right side of the law. (Honourable)
