The death of prominent attorney Marcus Foster, has plummeted the legal fraternity and Saint Lucia community in mourning. Foster or Harry and Olay (Ole), as he was affectionately referred to passed away this morning at the age of 54.
The top-tier practicing lawyer comes from a family of attorneys and was partner in the firm Foster, Foster & Foster from 1990-1993. He then founded the firm Marcus-Peter Foster & Associates where he has litigated on behalf of many major clients.
His background includes practices in Criminal Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Law of Succession, Conveyancing, Company Law.
Foster had practiced in most of the island States of the O.E.C.S and has been called to the bar in islands such as St. Lucia, British Virgin Islands, Antigua, Dominica, Anguilla and Grenada.
Scores of friends have paid tribute to the former Samarian on social media, offering personal and detailed memories of the attorney.
