The parties have mutually agreed to continue to promote a positive working relationship on all sides.

The complaint of insubordination, which was being investigated by the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force, is henceforth withdrawn.

The National Security Minister engaged the PWA in cordial discussion, indicating that he was pleased to be part of the meeting where both individuals shared their perspectives on the situation and have ensured that any sparks of controversy have died out.

Public Relations Officer Zachary Hippolyte noted that: “The Police Welfare Association has worked well with the Minister of National Security in the past and will continue to do so, on matters regarding the best interest and advancement of police officers”. (MOHA)
