AFTER what seemed like three long months of fruitful preparation Team Saint Lucia is now in Miami to compete at the Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition. Taste of the Caribbean provides a forum for food and beverage professionals to gather practical information, develop skills, sample and purchase, strengthen and establish supplier relationships and meeting new vendors.
