PRESS RELEASE – AT an April 30th, 2018 Charity Fundraising Dinner of The Methodist Church in Saint Lucia, a number of prizes were awarded to patrons, sponsored by various business houses across the island.
Organised to raise funds in support of ‘YOUTH EMPOWERMENT, POVERTY REDUCTION and MISSION OUTREACH’ programmes, the church wishes to extend sincere thanks and appreciation to the following sponsors and prize winners, drawn from a cross-section of communities, including Gros Islet, Forestierre, Ciceron and Castries .

According to Superintendent Minister and Pastor Reverent Seth Ampadu, he was pleased with the support and outcome of the event and noted that whilst ‘modest ‘ in membership numbers, the Methodist Church has over the many years, managed to produce a significant number of Community Leaders spanning all walks of life and professions , which continues to characterize its spiritual outreach to this day.
