PRESS RELEASE – THE Directors, management and staff of J.E. Bergasse& Company Ltd. last Friday donated canned food items, baby products, sanitary supplies and batteries towards relief efforts in Dominica through the existing hurricane relief drive of the Rotary Club of Saint Lucia.
“Our hearts go out to the people of Dominica who have suffered devastating personal losses as a result of the passage of Hurricane Maria. It is our way of showing our support to our sister island as they try to recover,” said Anthony Bergasse, Managing Director.
This donation was received by executive members of the Rotary Club of Saint Lucia, who are consolidating a shipment to Dominica in the coming week. The shipment will be received by the Rotary Club of Dominica and distributed through their network on the ground.
