Flow Brings Digital TV To Castries

PLEASE note that Flow is shutting down the analog TV transmitters for parts of Central Castries and Castries North (including Jeremie Street, St. Louis Street, Lewis Street, Morne Du Don, Bois Patat, Black Stars, Concrete Hill, Agard, La Pansee, etc.) as of August 31, 2017.

Former Flow analog users in the relevant communities will be getting Flow Digital TV service once connected.

Customers in these areas will now require a set top box in order to access service. With the set top box, customers can access hundreds of full high-definition channels with much-improved picture quality, a wider range of channels, much greater flexibility in terms of choosing content, and powerful tools such as an on-screen electronic programme guide with up to a week’s content, a search function, closed captioning, radio channels, and more.

Distribution and connection of set top boxes for residents and customers in the affected areas is ongoing at the CPR Building opposite Starlite on Brazil Street between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. The Flow technical team is readily available to deliver and install set top boxes for customers without service. Customers can call 453-9711 for direct local assistance.

In preparation for this change, Flow has held a series of town hall meetings to educate subscribers about the new service. Notifications have also been shared via Flow’s social media pages.

  1. How about them contacting their customers, could sent the notification with the bill or phone them, seeing that they do have this information.
But once again we find out via newspapers what is transpiring with FLOW!
