GLOBAL Guardians Inc., a security company established in 1995, specializes in: guard service (armed and unarmed officers), commercial investigations, security consultancies, training for in-house officers and beach patrol service. CLIENTELLE
Global Guardians currently successfully provides security services for various establishments island-wide, including: government agencies—court houses/offices, commercial banks, credit unions, embassies, construction sites, stores, marinas and educational institutions. The company also secures private residential areas.
PERSONNEL/TRAINING
Our uniformed staff is very disciplined, dedicated and reliable, and thoroughly trained with the assistance of U.S. Military Personnel, with over 10 years of military training. The company’s local trainers are usually trained by its Managing Director who has extensive international security/military experience/training, along with Forestville Security Academy (Florida, USA), selected members of the Royal St. Lucia Police Force, the St. Lucia Shooting Association and the MPD Club.
All staff of Global Guardians including members of the Guard Force are literate and undergo training in physical fitness as an integral part of the training process. Officers undergo both pre- deployment and on-the-job training. The company also encourages self-development among staff by providing incentives such as 100% tuition refund for approved tertiary level courses.
All new applicants are required to submit a Certificate of Character (Police Record) and Letter of Reference prior to being employed. This is in addition to background investigations/checks.
EQUIPMENT/EFFICIENCY/PROFESSIONAL IMAGE
We are fully equipped with licensed firearms, batons, handcuffs, cellular phones, body armour, etc.
Global Guardians’ staff strictly adheres to the dress code stipulated by the company. From the onset, staff members are trained to conduct themselves in a professional manner, both in terms of the execution of their duties and appearance.
COST OF SERVICE
In addition to providing the most efficient and professional service on the island, Global Guardians’ rates for service are the most reasonable among its competitors. Our rates vary depending on level/type of service required—Armed Guard Service versus Unarmed.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Global Guardians promotes excellence by sponsoring graduation awards for high achievers at various schools on the island—both Secondary and Tertiary level institutions. We also support school welfare programmes at both Primary and Secondary Schools. The Company also provides tuition subsidies for financially challenged students at both secondary and tertiary level institutions. In addition, the Company frequently assists (financially and in kind), Senior Citizens’ and Children’s Homes in St Lucia.
