The public is informed that the Cuban Eye Care Clinic at the Victoria Hospital will not be opened for business on Monday, October 10 but will resume on Tuesday, October 11 with full services.
According to the Agreement signed between the Ministry of the Public Health of Republic of Cuba and the Ministry of Health and Wellness, the Cuban Brigade may celebrate the Cuban national holidays here in Saint Lucia. As a result, they will be celebrating their holiday marking the beginning of the battle for their Independence on Monday, October 10, 2016.
The Ministry of Health solicits the public’s understanding and cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience caused whilst wishing our Cuban doctors and officials an enjoyable holiday.
