WOULDN’T IF BE CRAZY COOL IF…..you could lose weight and stay in shape in 2016?

You can!

Greetings! January is coming to an end but it’s never too late to grab another chance to start fresh thinking, fresh workouts, and fresh attitudes and keep what’s working whilst throwing out what’s not! I don’t know about you but I love re-starting.

My intention for you this week was to give some thoughtful insights to shift in gears to rev up your 2016 resolutions.

Don’t give up.

It is a good time to re-evaluate especially if you feel that you are spinning backwards towards your old habits because, you are not seeing the success you require for your goals.

So wouldn’t it be crazy cool if:

You could learn how to tap into your personal power of intention each day and feel great!

You could be in the best shape of your life and keep it that way?

You got your dream career or job and moved in that direction?

You have a sense of knowing everything will turn out right?

You finally organized yourself, your home, car, office, schedule, your kitchen cupboards, your spiritual practice, your fitness life?

You could be and feel financially abundant and find a way to be at peace with money and how to create abundance?

Your family, your relationships and emotional experiences were easier to deal with?

It’s your turn: ACTION PLANS: Start a 21 day challenge.

Plan One

Make your list of six crazy cool “what if’s” and see what comes up?
Don’t be shy, it’s a free action.
Pick one to do for 21 days.
E.g. eat breakfast every day.
Get 30 minutes more sleep.
Go for a walk.

Plan Two
*Create a list of five things each week, one needs to be related to health, fitness or wellness. *Every five days create another list and check off the first five.
*Write it on your calendar or in your smart phone or use the notepad in the Sportivo App.
* At the end of the 21 days see what you can make happen!
* In order to feel accomplished and have a wow factor, choose habits or goals that you know are a challenge for you to push through.
*Brainstorm; write down everything you can think of, no matter how silly, small or big…pick the first five.
