On Tuesday, the organisation launched the new $20 instant scratch game called “Big Money Game” which gives players and chance takers the opportunity to win up to $350,000 instantly with one simple scratch.

SNL introduced a similar venture last year, a $10 instant scratch game called “Whole Tun Cash” which offered the chance to win up to $150,000.

Regional Marketing Manager of SNL, Mary Edward said before making such a bold move, surveys were conducted to find out whether the public would be interested and it was due to the positive feedback that they decided to go ahead and launch their biggest and highest paying game to date.

Edward said the player base has grown largely and the organisation is proud that they were able to achieve this feat. “The public has been very responsive because they realise that we’re giving them more opportunities to win and put more money in their pockets”, she said.

Edward said as well as the enticing jackpot  prize, the game offers numerous opportunities as well: “Apart from the top prize of $350,000, we have other cash prizes from $20 to $20,000 so persons out there who think that the top prize would be a farfetched figure for them to get, there are other cash prizes as well.”

Asked whether she thought the $20 game card will be a success, Edward replied: “The key words are ‘taking a chance’ and our players understand that. They understand that it’s not every time that you scratch you will win. They understand that it’s taking a chance and if they’re lucky enough to get that prize, that it would be worthwhile.”
