Amateur Radio Club Raffle Results

THE Saint Lucia Amateur Radio Club’s “Rosemond Clery Raffle” was drawn last Saturday at its monthly general meeting held at the St Lucia Red Cross Society Building, Vigie.

Eight prizes were drawn as follows:

8th prize of an AM, FM, Shortwave radio, sponsored by ELMAS electronic store was won by Austin James of Pavee Road, Castries; 7th prize of a Premier Electric Iron, sponsored by Starlite Electronics was won by Tammy, also of Pavee Road, Castries 6 th prize of a hand cake mixer was won by Janaux Eugene of La Croix, Babonneau; 5th prize of an electric fan was won by Gerald Sidonie of Gros Islet; 4th prize of a spray steam iron, sponsored by Fleva was won by Antonia Lovence of La Caye, Dennery; 3rd prize of a cake mixer was won by Bernard Theobalds of Coubaril; 2nd prize of a Oster juice extractor, sponsored by Johnsons Hardware was won by Hyacinth Mottley of Calvary Road, Castries and the 1st prize of a Micro-wave oven, sponsored by A.F. Valmont & Co. Ltd. was won by Indira Ghirawoo of Cedars Road, Castries.

The Club said all winners will be called by phone to collect their prizes. It has expressed its thanks to all sponsors of the prizes as well as all those persons who contributed by selling and purchasing tickets for the raffle on behalf of Mr. Clery.
