On the buzzer the “Fun-Run-Walk” will see the participants start at the Caribbean Cinemas compound at Union, the participants will continue along the Union then they will turn left near the Dame Pearlette Louisy School, pass through the Grande Riviere Community, left onto the Corinth road, right onto the Corinth Bridge, by pass River Stone Disco, using the Corinth back road behind the LIME at Corinth, then to the intersection at the Daher building on the Gros Islet highway, Marisule and back to the Caribbean Cinemas compounds at Choc.

With the severe heat experiencing on the island the NCF Director said, all is in place in terms of medical support and three water stations/stops along the route as she urged all participants young and old to make use of them to avoid dehydration.
The event will culminate with the hosting of a health fair for all participants with free tests for cholesterol, blood sugar, body mass index and free snacks. This sporting event is being sponsored by Consolidated Foods Ltd, Ministry of Social Transformation, Youth and Sports, Ministry of Agriculture, Mayers Printing, 1st National Bank, Brydens and Partners Ltd., Digicel, Studio 99, MP Manufacturing, Radio 100, Daher Broadcasting Service, The Voice Publishing Company, Radio St.Lucia, WAVE and NTN/GIS.
