THE BIGGER, BETTER FUN WALK

Digicel is happy to be giving its full support to a positive and life changing activity for the year. The Pine Hill Fun Walk planned for August 15th 2010 promises to be bigger and better as it culminates with a grand Health fair and opportunities to win Big.
Digicel is proud to be a part of the 11th staging of the Pine Hill Funwalk. For the month of July the company has been urging its team members to take charge of their health and the support of Pine Hill Funwalk seemed quite fitting to culminate in the internal fitness program. As is customary, the Pinehill Funwalk 2010 will close in a health fair at the Pigeon Island National Landmark. This will facilitate the dissemination of information of the products and services provided by local gyms, spas, and wellness associations.

 
 

The much anticipated walk is scheduled for Sunday August 15th and commences promptly at 6:30 am. The new route of the Funwalk begins from Caribbean Cinemas to Pigeon Island Landmark via Union, through to Grand Riviere, Corinth, the Marisule highway and then on to Pigeon Island Landmark. While this route is unfamiliar to past participants, it promises to be a challenging yet fun filled route for all who sign up.
As commented by Marketing Manager Kerchelle Jn Charles, “promoting self awareness and general good health is an area that Digicel is passionate about. Digicel believes that this synergy with Peter and Company will help to strengthen the message that is disseminated to the masses.”
Registration for the Pine Hill Funwalk 2010 is $15.00. Interested participants may register at any one of Peter & Company’s branches: all Wet & Cold outlets; Radio Caribbean International and Carib Travel in Castries, as well as Uptown Liquor Store.
