Paramedic and Founder of MedicFile.net, Michael Mathis has seen his share of emergencies over the years. Being first on the scene in a lot of cases, he quickly learned that in a time of crisis, gathering essential medical information from a patient or a family member can be a very difficult and sometimes an impossible task.
