La Place Carenage Launches Website

La Place Carenage, a duty free mini shopping mall on Jeremie Street Tuesday launched its new website, www.carenagemall.com.
Described as highly interactive, the website will provide customers with up to date information on the stores at the place as well as other features as the Desmond Skeete Animation Center.
Well known musician Shayne Ross who was responsible for setting up the website along the lines specified by the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA), noted that a musical element was added to the site all of which, it is hoped, will drive business to la Place Carenage.
“The website is supposed to be something very enthralling to the user,” Ross noted.
Lianna Venturi of Harry Edwards Jewelers who spoke on behalf of tenants at La Place Carenage commented SLASPA for the website, an initiative, she said, that speaks of new and exciting things to come from SLASPA.

“This new website satisfies the need for seeking information about La Place Carenage and creates the awareness people need of the businesses at la place Carenage,” Venturi said, adding that it will be of direct benefit to all tenants.
The management of La Place Carenage in a release noted that the website will assist in reinforcing the mall’s brand identity while keeping customers, business partners and other stake holders informed of happenings at the facility.
The website features up to date information on stores at the facility, sale specials and events such as Tea Time Jazz. Customers can also book a tour to the Desmond Skeete Animation center.
Susanna Isaac, the facility’s manager noted that the website demonstrates the facility’s commitment to the tourism product and will assist in improving customer service delivery.
