Renewal
of Outstanding Firearm Licenses, Police Issue
Warning
The
Police are appealing to persons who have not
paid their outstanding firearm licenses, to
proceed to the Criminal Record Office (C.R.O),
located on the first floor of the Western Union
Building, Upper Bridge Street, Castries, where
the payments can be made. Persons, who fail
to comply, will be subjected to the revocation
of their firearm licenses.

Found during Police Patrol

On
Tuesday the 16th of February, 2010, about 8:45am,
a team of police officers who were on patrol
at Morne Cesseaux, quarter of Anse-La-Raye,
intercepted Shem Bellas, 23 years old of Morne
Cesseaux, who was in possession of a .380 9mm
firearm.
Bellas, who was shot during the process of his
apprehension, is currently nursing an injury
at the Victoria Hospital.
The officers also patrolled the Bois D’Orange
area where they discovered two ski masks, a
wig and two pairs of gloves at a nearby house. |
