ECFH rewards Music Nominees

In keeping with its corporate social responsibility policy, ECFH Group held a seminar primarily for the nominees of the St Lucia Music Awards. The seminar which was held on Tuesday February 26, 2008 was specially geared to educate the musicians on the various financial instruments available and how to ensure proper wealth accumulation and management.
The artistes received information on banking, from personal savings, investment banking and retirement investments. Additionally, emphasis was placed on importance of insurance and financial planning.

At the end of the seminar, the nominees were awarded a prize of a regular savings account of $500 each and certification in financial planning. These representatives of ECFH said were in keeping with ECFH’s commitment to excellence in the development of the local music industry.
The prizes were awarded to: Marcel ‘Ras Harry’ Demille, The Royal St Lucia Police Band, local folk band Mamai La Caye, soca artiste Alpha and song writer Nahum Jn Baptiste.
