By Rebecca Miller

Police are trying to figure out whether the dead man found at Pigeon Island was a native St Lucian or a foreigner.
The body of a black male appearing to be in his forties which officers from the Marine Police unit hauled out of the sea on Tuesday was not yet decomposed but there are indications that the man died from drowning.
According to reports, no foul play has been suspected, but they are still trying to identify the body.
To date, no one has filed a missing report.
