Richard Frederick set to test Kenny’s nerves a third time

Richard Frederick single handedly snatched the Central Castries seat from Kenny’s SLP despite the SLP’s fanfare, excessive funding and the full force of a government machinery. This was no fluke as Frederick repeated his success at the polls at the 2006 general elections despite the constant antagonism and unproven allegations against Frederick. It is this kind of subterfuge which continues to derail Kenny’s credibility.
Richard Frederick could teach Kenny Anthony another lesson this forthcoming general election by again winning the Central Castries seat a third time. Kenny will someday understand that his arrogance and vindictiveness will not be accepted by St Lucians and the loss of the Central Castries seat will continue to haunt him for his actions against Sarah Flood Beaubrun.

Sarah merely exercised her religious beliefs and she was dismissed but it was this undoing of Sarah which created Richard Frederick and the biggest problem for Kenny Anthony. Rick Wayne who is even more thin skinned than Kenny Anthony continues to reel after being thrown out of the Senate and twelve years later continues to undermine Kenny for his thanklessness in supporting the SLP in 1996.
Now that Patrick Joseph has regained some political clout with his struggling SLBC, Kenny’s reputation will more than likely be targeted. Kenny has cooked his goose and quoting deceased George Odlum Kenny created more enemies in his first three years in office than John Compton did in thirty years and this is why Kenny would have been a one term Prime Minister, only if the Alliance Movement had sorted out their differences. These incidents speak volumes and unless Kenny changes his mindset by a genuine long-term form of therapy, he will remain in the political doldrums.
