Duty Free; bringing beauty to everyone

One faithful Wave listener was treated on Wednesday August 27 to a celebrity style makeover by the brand ambassador for Iman skin care products from Duty free Caribbean.
Nioma Edmund was simply being a good Wave listener when a remarkable opportunity presented itself. Every Thursday from 8:30am to 9:30 am Duty Free Caribbean hosts an hour of beauty and fashion on the Wave. In this particular episode, the Iman Brand Ambassador, Latoya Lewis was speaking on the application of cosmetics and the range of products available in the line when an instant message was received from Nioma, requesting an urgent makeover.

“There was no hesitation, especially when we learnt that she had no mobility in her legs and moved around in a wheelchair,” comments Cheslie La Force, operations manager for Duty Free Caribbean. DFC offers free makeovers at their outlet in Point Seraphine, but was more than pleased to visit Nioma at her workplace, Communications and Works, to complete their task.
Armed with her complete line Latoya executed a perfect task and left Nioma superfluous with delight. With her new found Iman beauty secrets Nioma proceeded to purchase all the products that she would need to maintain her look.
“Iman is truly the make up for women of colour and we spare no details in sharing this experience with anyone who so desires,” comments Lewis.
