“Faith
is the evidence of things not seen” Hebrews
11:1
Trust
in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not
unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways
acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.
Proverbs 3:5-6; Greetings in the wonderful and
precious name of the highest God, who knows
the beginning and the ending of every situation
in our life. Special greetings to all St Lucians,
Caribbean nationals, internationals and those
of you who are reading for the very first time
this faith-believing article. This month of
February I am celebrating two (2) years of writing
this article, “Have Faith.” I just
have to give God all the thanks and praise for
bringing me thus far and bringing words of inspiration
to thousands of people weekly. Thanks also to
you my dedicated readers and to The Voice Newspaper
allowing me the space to do so and know that
the divine favour of God and my faith allow
me to continue to press on and do it to bring
honour and glory to God.
In anything we do we have to do things in excellence
unto our God, in our work places, in our homes,
in churches, communities, schools, talent performances
and in anything we do with an excellent spirit.
Daniel was a man with an excellent spirit and
showed it unto God, and so when we do things
we have to stop the complaining while doing
that task. God knows us by name and by nature
and sees our hearts, so no way we can hide anything
from Him. Do you have the right attitude and
the right motives when you are doing anything
for someone? Do you show appreciation? We all
have our emotional moods and what our minds
tell us to do and what we think is right to
do at any given time.
