CMMB hosts
seminar ‘doing more with less”
CMMB
hosted its seminar entitled “Doing More
With Less” at the NIC Conference Room
on Thursday 26th August, 2010. The attendance
was phenomenal as persons were anxious to receive
the timely and sound financial advice. Members
of the public who responded to the Company’s
invitation to attend the seminar, benefited
from the invaluable information presented by
CMMB’s Business Development Officer, Anderson
Soomer.
Mr. Soomer provided participants with general
tips and recommendations on how to do more with
less. He provided a general overview and understanding
of the process involved in budgeting and financial
planning and covered key areas including Debt
Management Techniques and Cost Saving Tactics,
which we all are capable of doing. Given the
current economic climate, this was a timely
presentation which taught participants various
ways they can “stretch their dollar”.
The aim of these free seminars is to educate
persons in the various communities around St.
Lucia on how to improve their financial situation
by implementing, executing and adhering to simple
investment strategies.
