Prio’s Vintage John Hogan National Karaoke Country and Western Competition Moves into Full Gear

With the Hype and euphoria that was created through the island wide mobilization road show the ongoing event has moved into the second community elimination rounds with enthusiastic crowds packing most of the twenty four selected bars to support their favourite singers. From the Breadfruit Corner in Gros Islet in the North to Milan’s Bar in Choiseul in the South the scintillating sounds of this deeply rooted urban genre of music has created an avenue for clean community fun.
With the twenty four spreading the organizers manpower resources thin there were some logistical challenges in the first round with some of the venues failing to get a head start. The management committee has evaluated the situation and with the administrative support of Gold Sponsors Chairman’s Reserve, who have deployed technical assistance in needed areas and thus would have full participation into second elimination rounds.
The Winners in the first community elimination rounds were as follows:
