Victor,
I had a crazy dream that my neighbors were having
a party. I wasn’t really invited but I
went across the street anyway. I went inside
and the interior was way bigger than it was
supposed to be like a mansion. There was a long
slanted wooden floor that I walked down to get
to the party. There were hundreds of people
in there laughing and talking and I fit right
in. It was very formal and I had a suit on and
everybody else was dressed up too. People started
asking me about my skin and why it wasn’t
clearing up and they asked about this big scratch
in the back of my head. I ended up getting really
annoyed and wanted to check out the rest of
the house. I saw people walking around with
these big gourmet plates of soul food. It looked
so good that my mouth started watering and I
needed to make a plate. On the way through the
house I saw these girls I used to go to school
with that were giving me ugly looks and were
dressed like hookers. I cussed them out and
felt all good because I said shit to them I
normally would be scared to say. They didn’t
challenge me and I kept on walking through the
house. I ended up in the basement. Then out
of nowhere there was a huge orchestra playing
the Beyonce’s version of ‘ At Last’
. I left that room and there was a play going
on in the other room. I went in another room
and there was a choir of small children singing.
I went in another room there was a big screen
television with the most comfortable furniture
I have ever seen. It was very inviting but I
kept walking through and I was in a room with
no way out. The stairs had huge slabs of stone
on them that were very heavy. I saw a doorway
at the top and needed to get up there. So I
climbed anyway. I almost got to the top and
all of a sudden all the stones came crashing
down and I fell down. There was some old crusty
carpet on the stairs too. I wasn’t hurt
or scared but I stood up to start climbing and
woke up.
