Warm and Friendly Relations

As St. Lucia joins hands yet again with the Republic of China (Taiwan), not in any rudimentary fashion, but rather in a deep heartfelt manner rooted way back in the mid 1980’s, one can’t help but recognize that St. Lucia, once considered to be self-sufficient in a number of agricultural products, can no longer lay claim to that fact.

By the way, this particular top up was significantly less that the one made during the promotional period.
