Letter
to St. Lucia - Part 3
The Economic
impact of family planning, Abortion, Population control on
St. Lucia’s Gross Domestic product, Revenue and Recurrent
expenditure.
In part two of my letter to you, St. Lucia, I addressed a
few of the multiple consequences created by our declining
population on our National Insurance and I mused on how this
would encourage EMIGRATION (people, particularly the young
leaving St. Lucia) because they would be unwilling to share
the greater and greater burden brought about by the increased
contributions into the fund which each member of our shrinking
labour force would have to make.
