4-HOUR
BUDGET DELIVERY
Prime
Minister Sir John Compton Thursday, in a marathon session

The 1.2 billion dollar budget, edging out last year’s
figures of $1.1bn., was delivered amidst the Prime Minister’s
promise of no increase of taxes on the people.
Sir John, who began his address late Thursday afternoon, emphatically
stated no cuts in the public sector investment programme.

even more debate on the issue with former Prime Minister Dr.
