Homicides are not an uncommon occurrence these days in Trinidad or in other parts of our Caribbean for that matter. On Andre Paul’s release on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning on H.T.S. Andre Paul categorically stated that the police officer who is alleged to having raped the young boy was associated with the Miss Independence Pageant which ended up in a brawl on Sunday. For starters we do not advocate Paedophilia, I promote the empowerment of youth.
