I
have decided to highlight some issues from the very beginning,
that of our children. I’ve been hearing so
much about the children of today and the fact that they are
not like children before because they lack manners, courtesy,
discipline and focus; all the ingredients which contribute
to the menu of “way-ward children”. I reflect
on these discussions,
I
welcome you and wish to congratulate you on your recent appointment
as Chairperson of the Vieux-Fort Town Council. I trust that
you shall accomplish much for the community in this capacity,
and that you shall find the experience rewarding.
