That the abuse and misuse of the English language extends even to the highest office of the land was evident in this weekend’s newspapers, which carried a supplement from the Government Information Service (GIS)/Office of the Prime Minister. Happy People

It is no secret that children are by far, the happiest people on Earth. I like to call them happy people.
