at the Gros Islet playing field, the Old Swinsord Hospital,
visiting English under 12 boys’ team, defeated St. Lucian
based Institute of Cricket Studies today. After
they were sent into to bat by the IOCS, the English school
team amassed a good score of 108 for 9, off its allotted 20
overs,

Lockstone for Beijing Olympics

will attend the Olympics in Beijing, China in August this
year. Richard will work as one of a small group of
Personal Trainers from around the world to support athletes
and coaches with their functional training focusing on specific

Squash open Heats up
The
Subaru St. Lucia Squash Open served off on Monday evening
30th July 2008 with a mixture of local and regional play.
The matches played were uneventful for the evening’s
first round of matches. Tournament Director, David
Piper played the first match against Peter Bryne defeating
him 9/2 9/1 9/2. Fellow St. Lucian, Randolph Khan unfortunately
had to play,
