A post mortem examination was performed on the body of William Lubrun alias “Bram” age 41 of Ti Rocher, Micoud on Monday the 14th of January, 2008 and the result revealed death by Strangulation. On Monday the 7th of January 2008, about 8:30am, Lubrun was found hanging with a rope tied around his neck from a grapefruit tree on Mahaut Estate, Micoud.

Another Robbery on Waterworks Road

Police are on the lookout for a robber who relieved a fifteen year old student of his mobile telephone on Wednesday afternoon. According to reports, the young man still in school uniform was travelling in the vicinity of lower Water Works road when a man with a scar on his face attacked him with what appeared to be a kitchen knife and took his cell phone.
