and excited to announce that the second edition of Sands Magazine
is now available to readers.
The
combination of its fertile soil and abundant rainfall makes
it an agricultural paradise, where virtually any kind of fruit
or vegetable can be grown. It also has 70 species
of mammals and 500 species of birds. Taiwan’s economic
miracle is known to the world. Part of the reason for its
success is due to the sound Public Health Infrastructure,

was inspired to write this article, after perusing an interesting
story pertaining to a Body Building Show in an edition of
the VOICE 22nd December 2007, under the headline (POWER HOUSE
NOW JAN 5TH 2008.) Inas much as I am an ardent Body
Building enthusiast, since my boyhood days, I must make it
