Burglars in Rock Hall

There is an apparent escalation of house-breakings in the Rock Hall area, and the residents are expressing much frustration with that situation. One resident complained that when he returned from work on Friday this week, he found his apartment empty. He said that all his electronic appliances, including his television set, DVD and his computer had been stolen among other items.
