The President of Taiwan albeit one who has served
his term remains a very important personality and precautionary
measures to ensure his safety are indeed appropriate. The
appreciation of say one thousand dollars per Police Officer,

Our
Right to Vote means nothing
Very
often when we boast of our beloved nation, we speak of the
fact that it is a vibrant democracy, and how our forefathers
fought for adult suffrage which gave Nationals aged eighteen
and greater, the right to vote for a representative in the
Parliament of our Country. True, that was notable.
But how big a deal is that when we can’t remove our
Parliamentarians between elections, 
Empty
drums make the most noise
Joseph
Felicien/Nobby continues to sputter irrelevant and baseless
information time and time again, but the old adage “EMPTY
DRUMS MAKE THE MOST NOISE” is truly factual. Despite
Felicien’s recent comment in respect to an admirable
St Lucian commencing a new bus service from Castries to Vieux
Fort and elsewhere the initiative must be truly regarded as
a step in the right direction.
