Breakdown in Justice System continues

On Monday two convicted murderers appeared, not for the first time, before Justice Kenneth Benjamin for sentencing. Both accused Simon Marius and Christopher Jn Paul were weeks ago found guilty of the offence of murder. The Judge previously had ordered probation, social and psychiatric reports, a legal requirement before handing down sentence.
