conducted a hands on workshop for our St. Lucia Doctors on

of six months of preparation,
Former
magistrate Horace Fraser was four years ago fired from his
position on the bench for unfounded acts of misconduct.
Fraser took the matter all the way to the Privy Council. A
couple of months ago Fraser received the law lords judgement
which stated in part that decisions by the Legal Services
