was presented to the Second Meeting of the Summit Implementation
Review Group (SIRG) at the headquarters of the Organisation

of establishing a Transit Home for abused and neglected children.
The Transit Home is located at Cas En Bas and is
intended to be a place of refuge for children who are severely
neglected and abused by their parents, families or guardians.
